The thing that makes this home spectacular is the wrap around porch. Heaters for cool mornings, mister fans and pool for hot afternoons. Two fully equipped kitchens, one in the great room and another outside by the pool.

Our stay at Loafer's Glory Lodge was incredible and I could not recommend it enough. The home itself is gorgeous, beautifully furnished, and with a fantastic kitchen. Melinda met us as we were checking in and couldn't have been kinder. There was just so much to do and enjoy that our only regret is that we weren't staying longer. Some highlights included:
- The home is part of / adjacent to an active cattle ranch, so we got walk onto the ranch to see some of the cows and horses up close
- Our stay was in early summer and we really enjoyed swimming in the creek behind the home
- The large, well manicured lawn next to the house was perfect for playing some games on, like spikeball and football
- Stargazing from the portion of the screened in porch that had the screen roof (around the hot tub area) was fantastic
- Reading a book in the morning on one of the daybeds in the screen in porch that looks out into the woods felt tranquil and calming.
We loved our stay and hope to come back again!

The great thing about Loafer's Glory Lodge is you can sit for hours on one of the four beautiful covered, screeened in porches with friends & loved ones.
We loved having coffee and cocktails, telling tales and reminiscing on past life events while enjoying the beautiful peaceful scenery! Not a worry in the World! That's what I loved about Loafer's Glory. Sharing life long memories at "The Lodge"
